Cloudfy

As a leading B2B ecommerce platform used to power manufacturing, distribution and service businesses around the world, we’re proud of what Cloudfy brings to the table.

And while we like what we’ve achieved with Cloudfy since it was first launched back in 2010, we’re certainly not going to rest on our laurels.

This is why we’ve introduced Version 3 of the Cloudfy platform. Version 3 features a selection of new functionality and benefits that will help B2B organisations make the most of their investment and ultimately enhance their business.

What does Cloudfy Version 3 include?

Cloudfy Version 3 features a new customer quote workflow functionality, as well as enhanced sales rep order management. This helps make it easier for users to keep track of sales and logistics across their business.

We’ve also made it easier to authorise customer accounts and set up sub accounts on Cloudfy-powered B2B websites. Additionally, it’s easier to manage operations across multiple warehouses and multiple organisations.

We are starting to enter the age of personalisation with customer specific catalogues and views, while Cloudfy V3 also sees the addition of a customer buying app for Android users.

Additional Cloudfy Version 3 features include:

  • A large customer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), as well as Punchout and XML
  • Email your order functionality
  • A customer document store to help keep track of purchases, receipts and more

Moving Forwards with Cloudfy

To date, we’ve launched two clients on Cloudfy Version 3 and are pleased to see businesses taking advantage of all the platform has to offer.

And that’s not all. We’re continuously working behind the scenes to make Cloudfy the best ecommerce platform it can be.

We’re working to bring multiple storefronts to the platform, including for international customers, brands, retailers and distributors.

We’re also looking to bring enhanced customer relationship management, configure price quote, machine learning recommendations and more personalisation to the platform in the near future.

So if you like what you see, why not request a free demo from Cloudfy today?
