What’s the lead-in time for a project?

What can Cloudfy integrate with?

Cloudfy is an API-first solution that integrates with all the major ERP and back-office systems. We partner with Microsoft, SAP, Sage, Access Epicor, and all of the leading Back-office platforms, ERPs and CMS. It would be unlikely that we’re not able to connect to your system. What happens to my license if I start generating a lot more money?

Don’t expect your license costs to double if your transactions or turnover doubles, we only increase our license costs in small increments to cover the cost of our hosting and operating costs.

What is the ongoing cost of running Cloudfy?

Compared to other e-commerce licensing models, we don’t calculate costs based on turnover. We calculate costs on basis of order volume, which makes Cloudfy far more cost-effective in terms of ongoing costs.  
Even if the turnover of your business significantly increases, the cost of running your platform will not change if your order volumes don’t go above your allowance. Whereas other platforms, if your revenue increases, then your ongoing license cost will skyrocket. 

If I choose Cloudfy, does that mean I’m tied to you as a development agency?

When you invest in Cloudfy,  you are buying into a SaaS solution similar to other SaaS platforms like Bigcommerce or Shopify. However, we do run an escrow service for those agencies who want to hold the code.

Will I have to run to you every time I want to make any change to the site?

No, Cloudfy ships with its own content management system and we design and build the solution such that you are not dependent on us for ongoing changes and day-to-day management. You have a full suite of design templates and the ability to change any aspect of the site.

Can you deliver custom development on the Cloudfy platform?

No. Cloudfy platform as a SAAS solution is designed not to be heavily customized to make it light fast, agile and easy to manage. If you’re looking for full blown custom development, it’s probably not the platform for you, but do speak to us as we have a whole bunch of other ecommerce teams that can deliver on more suitable platforms like Adobe Commerce and Magento that are more aligned to serious custom development.

What technology can I use with Cloudfy?

Cloudfy supports many of the leading ecommerce plugins on the market from people like digital Feefo, Trustpilot, ShipperHQ and more, as long as the integration is API first, there’s a good chance we have either integrated to it or can integrate to it. And this includes all payment service providers.  

What payment service providers can I use with Cloudfy?

Cloudfy has all of the leading Payment service providers including PayPal, Braintree Opayo. Adyen as standard out-of-the-box. If you want to integrate some obscure payment service provider providing it is secure, we will consider that from as little as £750.
