Brand New Functionality Launching On Cloudfy This Month

Forrester predicts that by 2020 B2B ecommerce volumes will reach $1.1 trillion – that’s more than double the volumes of B2C ecommerce. It is clear the world of ecommerce is ever changing and the sleeping giant of B2B is well and truly awoken.

In order to offer the very latest in ecommerce trends, the Cloudfy team are continually developing the platform to add rich new functionality to satisfy our customers’ unique demands.

With the Cloudfy platform evolving at pace, we are delighted to offer the latest update on Cloudfy bringing an exciting array of useful features and flexibility, due to be rolled out on Cloudfy by 31st March 2017.

Save your basket/create a shopping list
This new feature is a great time saver especially within the B2B sector where busy trade customers are keen to place repeat orders every month.  Save desired products in a named shopping list which can be accessed and amended at any time when logged in. With the click of a button, products can be added straight to your basket and saved for the ultimate in convenience and repeat purchase.

Minimum order value
You can now assign minimum order values on a per country basis, particularly useful if you sell internationally and need to specify minimum orders.

Customizable registration forms
customize the text your customers see when they register to your website, providing a more personable service and increasing the chances for completion of the registration form and signing up those all-important brand new customers.

Display brands on home page
Set up a new product carousel on your home page to display the brands that you offer, that will link directly to the appropriate filtered category page. This is a great way to merchandise your home page and show off the brands you sell.

Reporting
‘Last Logged In’ and ‘Last Created Filters’ have been added, giving you additional insights about your customer’s behavior. This new reporting feature enables businesses to segment their customers by their order frequency and last logged in status.

Customer account number
We’ve enhanced the customer records page within the business manager, to make it quicker to view customer information and easier to reference key information quickly, ideal for customer service and telesales teams.
