How to modernize your B2B business systems with Microsoft and Cloudfy

computer systems

Business-to-business (B2B) systems are complex, so effective enterprise resource planning (ERP) is essential to success.

Your approach is a business-critical decision because it affects every aspect of your operations including finances, supply chain, reporting, manufacturing and human resources.

Here we look at how your business could benefit by integrating the comprehensive business tools available from Microsoft with a powerful “software as a service” (SaaS) ecommerce solution in the cloud like Cloudfy

Why businesses choose Microsoft and Cloudfy

Microsoft and Cloudfy are good choices for businesses starting their B2B ecommerce journey, providing cost-effective and flexible options to deliver a seamless sales order portal for your customers. For more established businesses there are also many benefits if you’re looking for powerful cloud-based ERP and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Microsoft is recognized as one of the top-tier ERP solutions and its common data model and application programming interface (API) support cost-effective and powerful integrations and customizations.

Integrated with a cloud-based platform like Cloudfy, your customer’s journey can be based on a single source of data. They will be able to access real-time information about products, pricing, transactions, stock levels and the progress of their order at any time and from anywhere.

Customer-centric experiences

Demand for omnichannel customer-focussed online experiences is growing and this will affect your B2B approach. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce delivers integrated, secure, and seamless journeys. If you also sell directly to consumers (D2C), you can use the same solution throughout.

The recently announced 2021 release wave 2 plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform offer new capabilities to be released between October 2021 and March 2022.
