Case for Change

Key B2B Features

To populate their new ordering portal with their product listings, inventory counts, customer records and custom wholesale price points, their new b2b ecommerce portal comes integrated with SAP Business One, where they store all these pertinent date points.

With Cloudfy’s View Catalog feature installed on their website, Helios gives their beauty store customers the ability to view and/or download their complete selection of product catalogs. Beauty store retailers log into their portal and download these marketing and promotional materials to help in their sales. They can now easily print them and post them in their stores or use them to create pamphlets for mailers and other marketing initiatives.

Through their client portal, Helios’ customers have access to an entire library of product media, right at their fingertips. Their retailer clients can pull the information they need for the products they carry in their stores, and then promote those products on their website or via social media, or print them out for the purposes of in-store display.

Cloudfy also provides increased efficiency for Helios and their customers by setting up a client payment portal which helps to encourage customer self-service habits. Invoices are pulled from SAP Business One and populate the portal so when customers log in to their dashboard, they can view their invoices and even pay them right there through the website.

Their new b2b webstore comes integrated with their payment gateway Eway, enabling their clients to safely and securely submit payments online.
