Miriad are a leading wholesale distributor to the UK caravan and motor-home industry, in operation for over 35 years. Supplying a large number of customers in the UK and Ireland and facing increased competition online, they turned to Cloudfy.

The Challenge

Miriad Products approached Cloudfy to find a solution for their aging SAP portal. Requiring modernization to support their ongoing growth objectives to deliver a modern ordering experience for their expanding customer base. Among the key requirements, Miriad required a B2B Ecommerce solution with seamless integration with SAP B1 Hana. Miriad stressed the need for SAP Business One to remain the core business system, ‘one version of the truth’, driving a B2B Ecommerce portal. Customers should be able to place orders, download product information, start returns requests, download price lists and stay up to date with the latest product releases.

From a transactional perspective Cloudfy SAP Business One Hana Advanced Integration allowed Miriad to synchronize all key customer and product data, extending to offer a client payment portal and Aged Debt management.
