Established in 1989 in the UK, EuroNetwork is a leading manufacturer and supplier of cable assemblies, HDMI cables, wall plates, cable and wire harnesses, custom telecommunications wiring, and panel wiring. They serve both B2B and B2C customers. B2B customers include construction companies that work on large scale projects and need the electrical tools and components sold by EuroNetwork to complete those jobs. They also sell directly to consumers (D2C) who might want to purchase an HDMI cable or other item for personal use.

EuroNetwork needed an ecommerce software that could present both B2B and D2C shopping experiences, and one that could integrate with their Sage 50 ERP.

✓ SAGE 50 INTEGRATION

EuroNetwork’s new Cloudfy site is integrated with their Sage 50 ERP. This connectivity provides the ability to pass their orders, products, stock, and pricing directly into their Cloudfy site.

✓ PAYMENT INTEGRATIONS

Payment integrations include PayPal and Sage Pay. D2C customers pay retail price and complete their transaction through the guest checkout using PayPal or Sage Pay. Sage Pay is a merchant service provider that allows guests to pay with a credit card.

B2B customers log in to their account for wholesale pricing. B2B customers use their trade account to pay with their credit limit balance. However, if B2B customers prefer to use a credit card, they can pay through Sage Pay instead.

✓ FEEFO REVIEW INTEGRATION

Cloudfy connected the EuroNetwork website with FEEFO reviews so that customer reviews will show up on their website. The way it works is that a customer places an order, and then they receive an email asking them to review the products they purchased. Once the customer submits the review, it will be posted on the website for others to see. The FEEFO connector works behind the scenes to make this happen seamlessly and effortlessly.

✓ MAILCHIMP INTEGRATION

Through Cloudfy, EuroNetwork connects to MailChimp, which is a bulk email platform. EuroNetwork can create emails within MailChimp and then send them to a lot of email addresses at once. When customers visit the website, they can subscribe to EuroNetwork’s newsletter by providing their email address. The email address is added to MailChimp, where EuroNetwork manages the production and delivery of those emails from the MailChimp control panel.

✓ INVENTORY METERS

Cloudfy also provides stock availability indications to EuroNetwork’s B2B customers, who can login and see the actual stock level. (This is not available for D2C customers.) B2B customers need to know exactly how much stock is available to purchase so that they can stock their shelves or do their inventory planning.
